All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed. Estimated arrival time is provided at checkout.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If we made a mistake or
the item arrived defective (misprinted or damaged), please email us at
vip@uebertangelstore.us and we’ll make things right. Be sure to include
your order # in the email.
Any defective items must be returned in new condition within 30 days of
delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once
your return is received, we will issue your refund.
Please follow the care instructions on your inside label. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
